Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Senior Payroll & HR Operations Specialist for a 12-month parental leave contract in Australia. You will lead end-to-end payroll across Australia and New Zealand, ensure accurate processing, compliance, and governance, and support HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end payroll, ideally across Australia and New Zealand.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation, superannuation, KiwiSaver, payroll tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with ADP and HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Australia and New Zealand.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of payroll.
• Handle payroll tax, statutory reporting, reconciliations, and year-end activities.
• Act as the main payroll contact for employees, managers, Finance, and providers.
• Maintain payroll and HR systems data integrity and generate reports.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employment changes.
