Job summary

Spin Personnel is seeking an experienced Production & Garment Technical Coordinator to drive development through delivery for a fast-growing fashion brand. This hands-on role manages critical paths, analyzes tech packs, coordinates suppliers and ensures quality and fit across styles.

You will collaborate with overseas suppliers, balance cost, lead times and delivery targets while maintaining accurate production records and clear communication with teams.

Qualifications

• 4 or more years experience in women’s fashion.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, patternmaking, grading and measurements.
• Experience managing production critical paths and working with overseas suppliers.
• Confidence balancing technical requirements, cost, quality and delivery.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills—and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical paths, samples, approvals and production milestones.
• Build strong supplier relationships, monitor performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide technical support across fit, garment construction, specifications and quality.
• Review Tech Packs, measurements, samples and testing reports, and communicate clear technical feedback.
• Keep production information accurate and up to date.
• Identify ways to improve processes, reduce lead times and support quality, cost and delivery targets.
