Job description

Atmos is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading legal and advisory firms dedicated to providing cyber, privacy and digital risk services.

In a world of looming risks and crises, we are the protective sphere around our clients. We empower businesses great and small to move through uncertainty with clarity and confidence, using insight to transform challenges into opportunities.

As a team, we are united by a culture of deep collaboration, working closely together to do what is needed. We move at pace, keep things simple and deliver on our promises.

That's Where We Operate

We bring together law, cyber intelligence, crisis communications and digital expertise, standing alongside our clients in their most critical moments. And we're growing.

Your Mission

This is a strategic relationship and growth leadership role focused on expanding Atmos' influence, partnerships and commercial opportunities across the insurance, cyber and digital risk ecosystem. Collaborating closely with Partners and senior leaders, you will play a leadership role in planning, managing and executing a structured partnership programme, which has been built around Atmos’ unique partnership opportunities. This will include deepening relationships with insurers, brokers, referral partners and key market stakeholders. You will identify opportunities, connect clients and partners with the right expertise across Atmos, and help drive sustainable growth through a structured partnership approach.

You will also lead and develop a small Partnerships team, providing direction, coaching and accountability while helping build a more mature and scalable partnerships capability across the business.

Success in this role will be defined by the strength of relationships built, opportunities created, team performance and the long-term value generated across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with insurers, brokers, corporates and key industry partners.
  • Create and execute partnership and account growth plans aligned to business priorities.
  • Identify referral, cross-selling and market expansion opportunities across Atmos' service lines.
  • Act as the primary relationship lead for selected strategic partners and key accounts.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Partners, practice groups and external stakeholders to pursue growth opportunities.
  • Support major pursuits, panel appointments, strategic proposals and relationship-driven opportunities.
  • Develop joint initiatives and thought leadership programs that strengthen client engagement and market presence.
  • Provide market intelligence, client insights and emerging opportunity analysis to Partners and leadership.
  • Maintain relationship and opportunity management through HubSpot.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, pipeline activity and commercial outcomes.
About You

You are a highly credible relationship builder who understands how to navigate complex stakeholder environments and convert trusted relationships into commercial outcomes.

You Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and progress growth opportunities.
  • Experience operating within professional services, insurance, legal, risk, cyber or consulting environments.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to connect people, opportunities and expertise across a multidisciplinary business.
  • A highly organised and thorough approach to planning, execution and management of client programs.
