Job summary

Gazman in Canberra is seeking an experienced Senior Part-Time Retail Team Member for our new store opening at the Canberra Outlet next month. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experiences and personalised service while supporting a small, friendly team.

You will work approximately 20–25 hours per week with a roster that includes Monday, Sunday, Tuesday and/or Friday. You’ll earn the Retail Award Level 3 rate and have access to product allowances and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment.
• A genuine passion for the Gazman brand and customers.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
• Hands-on attitude and team-first mindset.
• Excellent visual merchandising and styling ability.
• Reliability, professionalism and commitment to customer experience.
• Availability for a roster across Mon, Sun, Tue and/or Fri, ~20–25 hours/week.
• Flexibility for additional hours during peak periods.
