Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection planning.

Responsibilities

• Research client circumstances and develop suitable financial recommendations.
• Perform calculations and cash-flow modeling as needed.
• Prepare tailored suitability reports and letters reflecting objectives and risk profiles.
• Ensure communications are compliant, accurate and easy to understand.
• Produce technical documentation for client meetings and presentations.
• Identify future planning opportunities and flag them to the Financial Planner.
• Serve as reference for paraplanning queries and escalate when needed.
• Provide guidance and training to new paraplanners.
• Share knowledge and support high standards across the team.
