CrashClaim is seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join our Homebush workshop. You will assess accident damage, repair and replace body panels, perform welding and metal finishing, and ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant full-time work experience as a Panel Beater or similar role.
• Experience with accident damage repair and panel restoration techniques.
• Knowledge of welding, metal fabrication and surface preparation.
• Ability to read technical repair specifications and follow manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and plan repair methods.
• Repair and replace damaged panels and structural components.
• Perform welding, straightening and metal finishing to restore alignment.
• Install replacement parts and ensure correct panel gaps and fitment.
• Maintain accurate repair records and comply with safety procedures.
