SA Health in Adelaide is seeking a Clinical Nurse RN2C to provide senior nursing support across community and inpatient palliative care settings. You will work within a 7-day roster, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families.

You will lead with clinical expertise, taking on negotiated portfolio responsibilities to support your development and enhance palliative care quality. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the clinical setting.
Demonstrated competence in palliative care nursing practice.
Ability to prioritise workload and meet timelines with minimal supervision.
At least three years post-registration experience with leadership of student nurses and junior staff.
