Southern Adelaide Palliative Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse RN2C to provide senior clinical nursing support across community and inpatient palliative care. The role operates on a 7-day roster with a focus on compassionate, person-centred care and professional development within a supportive team.

To be considered, you must be a Registered Nurse with at least three years post-registration leadership experience and be capable of negotiating portfolio responsibilities with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with current registration.
• 3+ years full-time equivalent post-registration experience with leadership of student nurses, enrolled nurses and junior registered nurses.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior clinical nursing support to community and inpatient palliative care patients across diverse settings.
• Work across a 7-day roster to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
• Take on negotiated portfolio responsibilities that support professional development and enhance quality of palliative care.
