Job summary

Swan Studio is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, from client brief to performance review. You’ll lead client servicing and channel execution across Meta, Google, and TikTok, with a path to scale into leadership as the team grows.

You’ll collaborate with the Head of Paid Media, coach a junior executor, and balance hands-on platform work with strategic responsibilities for a growing client base in Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid media, including time owning accounts and client relationships directly.
• Understands creative analysis frameworks.
• Comfortable moving between client-facing work and hands-on platform work.
• Hands-on: you're in the platforms daily and can spot patterns quickly.
• Strong expertise across Meta and Google, with TikTok experience valued.
• Experience with both e-commerce and lead generation.
• Advanced analytical skills and comfort with large datasets.
• Confident communicator who can present performance and set direction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, owning the relationship from brief through to delivery and performance reviews.
• Set and evolve media strategy with the Head of Paid Media across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Translate performance and creative data into insights, action plans, and client-ready reporting.
• Identify growth levers, seasonal trends, and opportunities for account expansion, and bring them to clients proactively.
• Brief the creative team on what your accounts need, and align on messaging and targeting.
