Job summary

Allied Kids Therapy Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics. You will deliver clinical services across schools, homes and clinics, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support communication goals.

The role includes mentoring junior clinicians and shaping ongoing clinical development. You’ll have autonomy with supported leadership pathways, a dedicated PD budget, and real flexibility to balance diary and client needs within a vibrant,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paediatric speech pathology experience.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Full driving license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Deliver paediatric speech pathology services across community settings (schools, homes, clinics).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and contribute to care plans.
• Mentor and supervise junior clinicians as part of the senior role.
• Support clients with communication, feeding, and social communication goals.

What We're Looking For

• Full-time Speech Pathologist with 3+ years' experience
• A passion for working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload
• Full driving license and access to a car
