Job summary

The Senior Paediatric Dietitian role is based at Royal North Shore Community Health Centre in St Leonards, within the Brighter Beginnings Preschool Team of the NSLHD Child, Youth and Family Service. You will provide clinical leadership in nutrition for preschool children across early education settings.

This permanent part-time position offers an hourly rate of $61.31–$63.30 with opportunities to work in an interdisciplinary team focused on early identification and timely access to nutrition

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics allowing Dietitians Australia membership.
• Ability to apply advanced clinical reasoning within a structured service model.
• Experience partnering with families and priority populations to deliver culturally safe care.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the BBHDC Preschool Team.
• Contribute to post-screening nutrition input and referrals.
• Support capacity-building for ECEC services and CYF teams.
