Job summary

Levyl seeks a senior Head of People & Culture for a 12-month maternity leave contract, leading Commercial Partnering & Systems across Commercial, Finance and Field Sales. You will shape strategy, oversee HR systems, remuneration, and workforce analytics while guiding a skilled team.

You will partner with directors, balance strategic oversight with delivery, and navigate a large, complex FMCG-like environment. Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS is highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with broad generalist capability across partnering, rewards and systems.
• Experience partnering with Director-level stakeholders in a large, complex organisation.
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or enterprise HRIS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial partnering, Field Sales, reward and systems teams.
• Provide governance for HR systems and remuneration, workforce analytics.
• Drive workforce optimisation and talent, succession, performance initiatives.
• Support ER/IR matters and enterprise agreements.
• Oversee insights and reporting for the organisation's people agenda.
