Job summary

Search Partners is seeking a senior OT Strategy, Cybersecurity & Industrial Transformation leader to advance the Adelaide practice. You’ll shape client journeys from strategy through delivery, focusing on OT architecture, cyber resilience and modernization across critical infrastructure sectors.

Based in Adelaide, you’ll leverage existing relationships to grow consulting capability, mentor specialists and guide multi-year transformation programs for major industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in industrial OT, automation or control systems.
• Credibility with engineering, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Ability to see the bigger picture across architecture, cyber, modernization and digital.
• Strong relationships within the South Australian industrial market.
• Commercial awareness and ability to recognise advisory opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT strategy, architecture and technology roadmaps for clients.
• Oversee SCADA modernization and OT cyber resilience programmes.
• Advise on IT/OT convergence and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities in the SA/NT market.
• Build capability and mentor technical specialists within the team.
