Job summary

APA Group is seeking a Senior OT Project Engineer to lead end-to-end OT programs across gas and power assets, delivering secure, reliable and future-ready solutions.

You will drive SCADA, historians, control systems, networks and cybersecurity initiatives to ensure projects are on time, on budget and within scope. The role offers growth, mentorship and exposure to energy-transition programs within a large, safety-conscious organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in OT within power, gas, LNG, or utilities sectors.
• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Systems or Power Engineering.
• Experience leading OT projects spanning SCADA, cybersecurity and networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver OT programs aligned to business outcomes.
• Oversee planning, resourcing, scheduling and execution.
• Provide technical design, assurance and consultancy services.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget and to scope.
• Manage risk and change in live OT environments.
• Mentor engineers and uplift team capability.
• Strengthen OT standards, governance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships across teams, vendors and regulators.
