Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Blacktown or surrounding areas. Roles are available as full-time or part-time, with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

You will manage a complex caseload with NDIS participants and families, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and provide supervision to junior clinicians and students, while engaging in CPD and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
• At least 4 years clinical experience including experience with NDIS participants.
• Experience supervising other Clinicians and Students.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload working with NDIS participants and their families.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior Clinicians and students.
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions.
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery.
