Job summary

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Kiloh Centre in Randwick is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Level 3 for a temporary part-time role (24 hours per week) through to March 2027, based at the Kiloh Centre on the Prince of Wales Hospital campus.

You will provide high-quality specialist assessment and recovery-focused care within an inpatient mental health setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required.
• Extensive post-graduate experience in mental health occupational therapy.
• Eligibility under NSW Health Service Award Schedule C.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality specialist assessment, intervention and recovery-focused care in an inpatient mental health setting.
• Lead and supervise junior staff and students where required.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and independence.
