Job summary

Melbourne Water is seeking a Senior Control Systems & Asset Manager, Project Development, to act as the technical authority for Operational Technology assets. You will provide leadership across control systems, governance, asset management and project development to ensure OT solutions meet standards and support critical infrastructure renewal.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification and RPEV registration or eligibility within six months.
• AusCheck clearance is required for SOCI-critical roles.
• Extensive experience with OT and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT asset renewal and replacement plans to improve reliability and reduce risk.
• Provide governance and asset stewardship for OT systems.
• Act as OT SME for capital and renewal projects.
• Oversee and review Management of Change activities for operational systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, maintenance contractors and stakeholders to deliver OT outcomes.
• Provide specialist advice on OT standards and risk management.
• Serve as technical authority during incidents and guide restoration.
• Analyze asset and system data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support maintenance strategies for asset performance and compliance.
