Job summary

Department of Health Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist for the FMIS Application Support Team. You will provide expertise for Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics Cloud to support VPHS finance and supply chain functions.

The role requires an IT qualification and experience across EBS modules, with desirable ITIL and PM certifications. You will work within a public health context, contributing to a world-class health system.

Qualifications

• An IT tertiary qualification is required.
• ITIL and project management certifications would be highly desirable
• Experienced in Oracle E-Business Suite functionality including Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse Management and Accounting modules.
• Knowledge and experience of Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Application Support Specialist role within the FMIS Application Support Team provides support for EBS, OIC and OACS, which deliver finance and supply chain functionality to Victorian Public Health Services (VPHS).
• Support incident resolution, investigations and implementation of improvements in FMIS applications.
