Job summary

HCM Australia is seeking an Oracle ERP Lead Consultant in Sydney (preferred) or Melbourne. You will lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP initiatives, working with clients to design, configure, and implement solutions across finance modules.

You will run workshops, document requirements, and guide customers on best-practice cloud adoption while collaborating with offshore/onsite teams. Australian PR or Citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional lead/Manager on Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Configuration experience in at least 3–4 modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management.
• Ability to translate finance processes into functional requirements.
• Strong consulting skills: stakeholder engagement, documentation, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and design Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and advise on cloud adoption.
• Prepare configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Grow Oracle Cloud expertise through training and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to presales activities and solution support.
• Travel for the role, including international travel to Indonesia.
