Job summary

The Department of Government Services seeks a Senior Oracle Reporting Specialist to lead design and delivery of high-performance reporting using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OACS) and BI Publisher. You will architect data models for financial and procurement data, maintain security frameworks, document data lineage, and support complex ETL processes.

The role requires expert Oracle ERP/SQL skills, ODI/OCI familiarity, and a commitment to compliant, auditable reporting across budgeting, forecasting

Qualifications

• Advanced Oracle Reporting toolsets and visualization delivery for enterprise-scale solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP schemas and highly optimized SQL for complex financial data.
• Experience with data integration and ETL tools (ODI, OCI) for high-integrity data movement.
• Ability to design secure data access with row-level governance and semantic layer management.
• Documentation of data lineage and metadata mappings for long-term production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI reporting design and delivery across Oracle ERP, EPM and ADW.
• Architect robust data models and optimized SQL for financial data.
• Support ETL processes and ensure high-integrity data flows with ODI/OCI.
• Reconcile ERP and EPM data for budgeting, forecasting and actuals.
• Manage data security, governance and data lineage documentation.
