Job summary

ACT Government's Chief Finance Officer Division in Canberra is seeking an experienced Finance Applications Officer (AO6) for up to eight weeks, based in Dickson. You will support the Oracle Procurement Contracts Cloud Module, provide end-user guidance and training, and assist with reporting and dashboard development.

This role requires proven experience with financial systems, especially Oracle products, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with financial systems, preferably Oracle Financial products.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• The ability to deliver training and support to users.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and effective use of the Oracle Procurement Contracts Cloud Module.
• Provide end-user support, guidance and training.
• Assist with financial reporting, analysis and dashboard development.
• Support reconciliations and reporting activities across finance systems.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders across the Directorate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer-focused service delivery.
