Gold Fields is seeking a capable supervisor to lead and mentor a high‑performing surface production team in Western Australia. You will supervise the execution of surface mining tasks, drive safety, quality and cost targets, and coordinate with the Supervisor: Surface Production to meet budgeted production.
Roster options include 8/6 FIFO from Perth or 4/4/6 for residents near Kalgoorlie or Kambalda. S26 Certification and a current HR Driver's Licence are essential.
Reporting to the Supervisor: Surface Production, you will be responsible for the effective execution and supervision of Surface Mining related issues when required to enable achievement of budgeted production targets, meeting all quality standards including cost, safety and environment.
This role is offered on an 8/6 roster for FIFO candidates or on a 4/4/6 roster for those residential to the Kalgoorlie or Kambalda area.
Up to six months' free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles. Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period.
