Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within transport, logistics, freight, warehousing or heavy operational environments.
• Strong safety and fatigue management knowledge and operational compliance.
• Experience managing supervisors and large operational teams.
• Ability to analyse performance and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style that earns respect on the ground.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
