Job summary

Arup's global Workplace Services team is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to deliver complex endpoint and virtual desktop solutions across APAC. You will own incidents end-to-end and drive improvements in Intune, Autopilot, and VDI strategies while collaborating across Microsoft, Apple, Azure and AWS platforms.

You will be hands-on, delivering secure workplace technology, spanning Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy, Entra ID and Jamf Pro, with automation and documentation at

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Autopilot, SCCM, Group Policy and Entra ID.
• Proven support of Windows 11, Linux Ubuntu and macOS devices, including Jamf Pro administration.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop/Nerdio and complex endpoint, application and user-profile issues.
• PowerShell automation skills, with practical experience of enterprise application deployment, patching and vulnerability remediation.
• A methodical, accountable and collaborative approach, with clear technical documentation and communication skills.

Is this role right for you?
