Job summary

The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Organisational Development professional to lead leadership and culture initiatives across a large, complex health service.

You will co-design and deliver leadership programs within the RCH Leadership Academy, using evidence and data to drive improvement and measurable impact across more than 6,500 staff.

Hybrid working model after initial training, with opportunities to influence system-wide culture and leadership practice.

Qualifications

• Senior OD professional with experience in large, complex organisations.
• Ability to co-design and deliver leadership development programs.
• Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
• Use data to inform OD strategies and measure performance impact.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and deliver leadership programs within the RCH Leadership Academy.
• Drive culture change using insights to target what matters most.
• Co-create manager capability modules with internal experts.
• Evaluate programs to demonstrate impact and continuous improvement.
