Hearth is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team in Melbourne. You will manage a varied caseload, lead complex assessments and support clients toward long‑term home and living goals.

You will mentor junior OTs, collaborate with speech pathology, physiotherapy and PBS colleagues, and contribute to quality improvement across services in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA.
• Experience in disability/community settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and planning skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and new graduates.
• Excellent communication with clients, families and teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload including complex clients.
• Lead complex assessments and home mods, SIL, FCA.
• Provide supervision and mentoring for junior OTs.
• Collaborate with Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and PBS teams.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and client outcomes.
• Contribute to team projects and service development.
• Support participants to achieve meaningful living goals.
