Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Modbury Hospital is seeking Occupational Therapists to join the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care (ACRPC) Casual Pool. Exciting casual shifts offer flexible work delivering high‑quality care to older South Australians.

Role involves assessments, interventions and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with a pro rata salary and benefits, until 28 January 2028.

Competenze

• Registered Occupational Therapist with OT Australia registration.
• Experience in aged care or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Mansioni

• Conduct functional assessments and develop intervention plans for patients across aged care, rehabilitation and palliative care streams.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support safe, person-centred discharge planning.
• Prescribe and trial assistive equipment and home modification recommendations.
• Contribute to clinical handover, documentation and quality improvement within NALHN standards.
