Healthcarelink Support in Australia is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our mobile home-therapy team on a full-time basis. The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and delivering high-quality clinical care in community settings.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as an Occupational Therapist, AHPRA registration, and the ability to work independently with a compassionate, engaging approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, with at least 12 months in community settings.
• Experience with NDIS and DVA clients preferred.
• Current driver’s license and own car; company car option for FT staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, support, and mentoring to junior OT team members.
• Conduct client assessments and therapy for diverse clients—from pediatric to adult.
• Address clinical and non-clinical challenges in day-to-day practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and apply skills across settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and collaborate with stakeholders.
