Job summary

Norwest Private Hospital in the North-West Sydney corridor is seeking a Level 3 Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health team on a part-time basis (three days per week). This role offers a pathway to grow and lead clinical services while delivering high-quality patient care.

As the clinical lead across acute wards, you’ll assess equipment needs, conduct functional, cognitive assessments, and contribute to discharge planning within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Acute, clinical OT experience and expertise
• Commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
• Experience delivering a broad range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Authority to Work in Australia
• Working with Children Check (or ability to acquire one)
• Appropriate tertiary qualification/s pertaining to specific discipline/designation
• Registration with AHPRA
• Self-motivation and proven ability to work as part of a highly functioning, collaborative team
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• A proactive, self-motivated and patient-focused approach

About the Role
