SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking a Nursing Director, Division of Medicine at Lyell McEwin Hospital in Elizabeth Vale, SA.

The role leads strategic and operational nursing across the division, drives workforce planning, performance and professional development, and partners with medical and allied health leaders to improve patient flow and governance. Applicants must be registered or eligible with the NMBA.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior nursing leadership in acute inpatient or medical settings.
• Ability to lead large, multidisciplinary nursing teams through change.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and accreditation standards.
• Experience in workforce and budget management at divisional level.
