$70k - $90k p.a. + OTE $300k++ uncapped comms

My client is a dynamic, multi-faceted residential development and construction company. With over six decades of design innovation under their founding brand, my client is proud to be one of Australia's most awarded and trusted builders.

As they continue to expand their operations throughout Brisbane and greater QLD, they have a unique opportunity for a Senior New Home Sales Consultant who is ready to take the next step in their career - with a clear pathway for leadership.

About the Role:

Split between their modern HQ in Brisbane and South Side displays, you'll be the face of the brand for prospective buyers - selling architecturally designed homes and creating an exceptional experience for every client. You'll be supported by a team of experienced internal Sales Coordinators, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing sales.

As a senior team member, you'll also play a mentoring role within the sales team, with future progression into sales leadership.

Your day to day:

  • Drive new home sales from initial enquiry through to contract signing
  • Meet clients both in-office and on-site - this is not a desk-bound role!
  • Record and manage leads effectively, supported by internal coordinators
  • Contribute to and support marketing campaigns to boost local engagement
  • Lead by example and help shape a high-performing, values-led sales culture

About You:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' proven experience in new home sales is mandatory
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
  • Natural leadership qualities and a passion for mentoring others
  • Warm, professional communication skills and strong rapport-building ability
  • Driven, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player
