Job summary

NTT DATA in Brisbane, Australia is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead advanced cybersecurity design across cloud and on-premise components. You will develop multi-technology solutions, evaluate architectures for cost, performance and scalability, and produce detailed plans aligned with enterprise standards.

You will mentor colleagues, stay ahead of threats, and translate client requirements into robust, future-facing architectures with proof-of-concept implementations and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of multi-vendor service integrations and cross-functional software, OS’s and infrastructure designs.
• Understanding of TOGAF, Zachman, SOA, ITIL, COBIT frameworks.
• Strong client engagement and consulting experience with needs assessment and change management.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of complex cybersecurity solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.
• Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability.
• Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises cybersecurity components, tiers and interfaces for detailed designs.
• Supports a change programme through technical plans that comply with enterprise standards.
• Accountable for understanding client requirements, data collection, analysis and resolution.
• Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.
• Creates solution packs and roadmaps sharing knowledge with others.
• Designs components following architectures, standards and patterns.
