Job summary

The HR Ally in Brisbane seeks a Network Operations Manager to design, deploy and support enterprise LAN/WAN networks, including routing protocols, switching, resiliency, redundancy and upgrades.

Design and manage Palo Alto firewalls, deploy Prisma Global Protect and VPNs, and implement Cisco Meraki SD-WAN and Cisco ACI fabric in a hybrid data center/cloud environment. Ten-plus years of experience preferred; permanent role onsite.

Qualifications

• Proficient in enterprise routing and switching for LAN/WAN with BGP/OSPF/EIGRP and VLANs.
• Extensive Palo Alto firewall administration including policies, NAT, App-ID and IPS/IDS.
• Experience deploying Prisma Global Protect and IPsec VPNs for remote access and site-to-site.
• Design and manage Cisco Meraki SD-WAN with auto VPN and traffic shaping.
• Experience with Cisco ACI data center networking (VRFs, EPGs, L3Out).
• Experience with URL filtering and SSL decryption on Palo Alto firewalls.
• MFA integration with remote access policies.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Statseeker, SolarWinds, PRTG.
• Network capacity planning, performance optimization, resiliency and upgrades.
• Root cause analysis and ITIL-compliant documentation.

• Design, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN/WAN networks with resiliency and capacity planning.
• Design and manage Palo Alto firewalls, optimize rules, audits and incident response.
• Deploy and maintain Prisma Global Protect and VPNs with secure access policies and MFA integration.
• Design, implement and optimize Cisco Meraki SD-WAN for cloud and data center networks.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot Cisco ACI fabric; maintain diagrams and ITIL-compliant docs.
