- Support lab and test environment operations, ensuring platforms are available for testing and validation.
- Deliver network integration and migration support across platform refresh initiatives.
- Manage connectivity solutions including firewall changes and routing analyses.
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure and service connectivity issues impacting platforms.
- Participate in testing activities related to migrations and network services.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations and platform teams to improve outcomes.
