Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support SRv6, MPLS, IPv6, BGP, ISIS, EVPN, and service provider networks for customer network transformation in Australia. Location options include Sydney or Melbourne with a salary range of AUD 129,311–142,018 gross per year.

The role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to work on carrier-grade backbone networks, with a focus on advancing cloud and AI-enabled networking initiatives.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in IP/MPLS Service Provider networks.
Hands-on with SRv6, MPLS, BGP, ISIS, EVPN and IP routing.
Experience in carrier-grade backbone networks, network transformation, and migration programs.

Responsibilities

Support customer network transformation and modernization initiatives.
Provide L3 support and drive RCA for critical incidents.
Contribute to design and implementation of SRv6 and EVPN/VXLAN.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
