Job summary

Airservices Australia is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, configure, troubleshoot and support its core Cisco-based network environment within a highly regulated setting. The role involves delivering complex technical solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple major cities in Australia.

The role requires mentoring junior engineers, strong communication skills and an on-call roster commitment, with employment across Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne

Qualifications

• More than 7 years' experience with complex network infrastructures.
• Experience in network engineering, systems engineering and change control processes.
• Strong Cisco networking knowledge including routing, switching, design, configuration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, troubleshoot and support Airservices' core network environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, project teams and cybersecurity specialists.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers; participate in on-call roster.
