Insite Contracting in Melbourne's inner north is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and support a large Cisco-centric enterprise network. The role emphasizes hands-on work on data centre networking and Cisco ACI, with ongoing improvements across multiple environments.

You will collaborate with a seasoned network team, manage firewall segmentation, Palo Alto and Aruba components, and ensure reliable Telstra connectivity and fibre links.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise networking.
• Cisco ACI is essential.
• Data centre networking experience across multiple environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco switching and routing.
• Experience with network segmentation and firewall environments.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto and Aruba products is beneficial.
• Experience with fibre connectivity and enterprise connectivity.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot networks and resolve incidents.
• Ability to design and implement network solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, support and continuously improve the organisation’s network environment with Cisco ACI at its core.
• Provide hands-on engineering in a hands-on, on-site capacity across BAU and projects.
• Collaborate with the network team and stakeholders to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives.
