The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, architectural thinking, and alignment with industry best practices in a hybrid work environment, typically in-office 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a software engineer in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in software engineering fundamentals and clean code practices.
• Mastery of diverse technologies with adaptability to new frameworks.
• Ability to architect and structure small projects within an enterprise environment.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a drive for continual improvement.
