Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and support secure, scalable applications and APIs using Microsoft .NET technologies. The role collaborates with business analysts, testers, architects, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.

Requirements include proven C#, .NET and ASP.NET MVC experience in enterprise ICT, API development, SPA front-ends, and familiarity with CI/CD and secure development practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, maintaining and supporting C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC in an enterprise ICT environment.
• Design, build and maintain APIs, integrations and backend services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to investigate defects.
• Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; document technical matter clearly.
• Proven ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of secure SDLC, privacy, accessibility and ICT governance.
• Experience with Angular, React or Vue and SPA state management.
• Experience with latest .NET frameworks including .NET Core; generics, LINQ.
• Developing and consuming services with WCF (SOAP) and REST/JSON; ORM patterns.
• Using Mock Frameworks.

Responsibilities
