About the Role
The Recruitment Company is proud to be partnering with CampusQ, an Australian edtech company that develops tailored software solutions for the higher education sector.

CampusQ is currently focused on building an online invigilation system to help education providers monitor and manage online exams. With several million dollars already invested by their CEO and strong demand from universities and private providers, this is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth venture at a pivotal stage.

Please note you must be based in NSW to be considered for this role as there is some visits to the office required during a couple of periods during the year.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core features of the online invigilation system.
• Build and optimize APIs, backend services, and frontend components.
• Implement WebRTC technologies to enable secure online proctoring.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security, particularly during exam periods.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in C#/ASP.NET (.NET Core & Framework).
• Strong experience with API design and implementation.
• Proven experience developing applications using the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architectural pattern.
• Solid database experience with SQL Server (MySQL and Oracle a plus).
• Familiarity with WebRTC technologies (STUN, TURN, ICE) would be an advantage.
