We're Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET + TypeScript/React)

Location Options:

• Melbourne (1 day per fortnight in the office)
• Perth – Burswood office
• Or 100% Remote from anywhere in Australia
• Salary: $120K-$150K base + super
• Permanent Full-Time Role

What You'll Bring

You're someone who’s confident in both front-end and back-end development, and you can move quickly without compromising quality. You love building clean, scalable solutions — and you're not afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible.

Front-End:

• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, especially in React
• Familiarity with ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, or Blazor is a plus
• Understanding of state management, code splitting, lazy loading, and performance tuning
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and contract/interface-driven development
• Knowledge of build tools like npm, yarn, pnpm, ESLint
• Exposure to client-side error tracking and user analytics
• Experience with TanStack (query, router, table) is a bonus

Back-End:

• Deep expertise in .NET
• Proven track record building and scaling RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of cross-cutting concerns: OAuth 2.0, centralized logging, rate limiting, caching, idempotency, metrics collection (OpenTelemetry), and security best practices
• Experience with SQL (T-SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Solid understanding of API versioning and migration strategies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Background in Domain Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, event-driven architecture, and Pub/Sub
• Bonus: Exposure to clean architecture and multi-tenant systems

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of software development experience, including 1–3 years in a similar full stack role
