Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Senior .NET API / Microservices Developer for Sydney, Australia. You will design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot, and support enterprise-grade APIs and backend services using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and REST APIs.

Key work involves event-driven integrations with Kafka, Azure Service Bus, Event Hub, RabbitMQ, and Apigee API Gateway, focusing on security, lifecycle management, and scalable microservices.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise APIs and backend services.
• Hands-on expertise with REST API design, microservices, and event-driven patterns.
• Strong knowledge of API lifecycle management and API security implementations.
