Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a Senior Integration Developer in Australia to design, develop and support secure enterprise integrations. You will build new APIs, integrate with existing APIs, and develop messaging solutions with RabbitMQ, while ensuring production readiness and secure access.

You will work with Azure-based services including APIM, Functions, Service Bus, and Key Vault, implementing robust CI/CD and monitoring to maintain service reliability and security.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET, REST APIs, Azure and RabbitMQ to design secure enterprise integrations.
• Ability to design and develop REST APIs using C#/.NET and to consume external/internal APIs.
• Proven ability to implement secure authentication/authorization and manage secrets.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST APIs using C#/.NET.
• Develop and manage APIs using Azure API Management (APIM).
• Consume and integrate with existing internal and external APIs.
• Design and develop RabbitMQ publishers, consumers, queues and exchanges.
• Implement message retry, error handling and dead-letter queue mechanisms.
• Develop Azure solutions using Azure Functions, App Service and Service Bus.
• Use Azure Key Vault and CyberArk for secure credential and secrets management.
• Support service accounts, AD groups and password/credential rotation.
• Develop and support integrations with SQL Server.
• Implement secure authentication and authorisation using OAuth 2.0, TLS/certificates and least- privilege principles.
• Develop unit and integration tests.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Implement application logging and monitoring using Application Insights.
