Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, build, and support secure, scalable integration solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. You will work with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management and messaging services to enable reliable data exchange for NSW workloads.

You will partner with architects, analysts and engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust APIs, reusable integrations and cost-aware operations, while upholding

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions (.NET/C#), API Management, and Azure messaging services including Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
• Proficient in designing API-led integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using Azure DevOps, Git, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and data transformation technologies; monitoring with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Strong understanding of secure integration patterns, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
