You will mentor peers, review AI-generated artefacts, and collaborate with UX designers to translate designs into scalable, robust applications using modern AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong .NET and C# development background.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-enabled delivery.
• Exposure to agentic development approaches and specification-driven engineering.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of experienced software engineers delivering large-scale software solutions
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate software delivery across the development lifecycle
• Review, validate and refine AI-generated code, architecture and technical specifications
• Guide AI agents towards better outcomes through effective prompting, specification design and engineering practices
• Work closely with UX designers to transform designs into production-ready applications using AI-assisted workflows
• Help establish and champion AI engineering best practices across the team
• Mentor and uplift engineers through practical knowledge sharing and coaching
• Support software delivery from design through to deployment
• Drive quality outcomes while enabling rapid delivery
