• Coordinate design activities across multiple disciplines to ensure integration and timely delivery.
• Review and approve scopes of work, deliverables and milestones within delegated authority.
• Support performance reviews and capability development for engineering personnel.
• Lead engineering capability development and communities of practice.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering and design staff.
