Job summary

BUFF Mornington is seeking an experienced Nail Artist to join a busy, energetic salon with an established client base and a supportive team.

You will deliver manicure and pedicure services, builder gel, BIAB, hard gel and extensions, nail art and personalised aftercare advice in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum professional nail experience in salon or home studio.
• Strong hygiene, presentation and client-care focus.
• Ability to work in a busy, high-energy salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manicure and pedicure services to clients.
• Perform builder gel, BIAB, hard gel and extensions.
• Handle infills, repairs and safe removals.

About the role

You’ll deliver thoughtful, high-quality nail services and help clients choose the right treatment for their natural nails, lifestyle and goals. We're looking for an experienced and formally trained nail technician to deliver:

• Manicures and pedicures
• Builder gel and structured overlays
• BIAB, hard gel and extensions
• Infills, repairs and safe removals
• Detailed preparation, shaping and cuticle work
• Nail art and design
• Personalised nail-care and aftercare advice

About you

We’re looking for someone with solid foundations who is keen to learn new techniques and expand their service offering.

You’ll ideally:

• Have professional nail experience in a salon or established home studio
• Produce clean, detailed and consistently beautiful work
• Enjoy the pace and energy of a busy salon
• Love working alongside and learning from other Nail Artists
• Genuinely care about natural nail health
• Build warm, lasting relationships with clients
• Be reliable, professional and open to feedback
• Take pride in hygiene, presentation and client care
• Experience with e-file, builder gel, BIAB, hard gel or extensions is highly regarded.
