Tech Guardian is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Level 3) to provide tier-3 escalation support and to engineer high-level projects for clients in the Lake Elsinore area, with on-site work and remote collaboration. The candidate must have MSP experience and a strong networking background, including server environments and Active Directory design.

Qualifications

• MSP experience required; you must have worked for an IT service provider.
• Experience with PSA/Ticketing and RMM tools.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets and provide tier-3 support.
• Design and implement complex networking and server solutions.
• Plan migrations and coordinate with lower level techs.
• Document procedures and create knowledge articles.
