Qualifications

• Holds a recognised Motorcycle Mechanic trade qualification.
• Solid experience in a professional motorcycle workshop.
• Confident diagnosing faults and solving problems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of jobs.
• Takes pride in workmanship; is reliable, organised and professional.
• Committed to safety and quality.
• Has genuine interest in motorcycles.
• Experience with performance motorcycles, modifications, dyno tuning or high‑performance applications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Motorcycle servicing and scheduled maintenance.
• Mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis.
• Engine, transmission and drivetrain repairs.
• Brake, suspension and steering work.
• Performance modifications and specialist motorcycle work.
• Delivering consistently high-quality workmanship across all jobs.
• Maintaining accurate job and service records.
