DEPT® is a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. As a Motion Designer, you will create engaging animations and static designs for global campaigns, collaborating with a creative team to deliver high-quality work from concept to delivery.

The role uses After Effects, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life, while staying on brand and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion/graphic design.
• Strong portfolio with completed animation projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience in animating vector, photographic, and 3D assets.
• Solid video editing skills and understanding of animation fundamentals.
• Strong design aesthetic, typography, color, and layout.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Comfortable creating digital ads, including paid ads and stories.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate to understand project requirements and deliver motion graphics, typography, and video animations.
• Work within templates while maintaining creative freedom and organized files.
• Bring storyboards to life using After Effects, managing assets and deadlines.
• Align designs with trends across formats.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and integrate them into work.
• Use Figma for storyboarding concepts and After Effects for animation.
• Create and modify After Effects templates, including brand templates, and develop new ones as needed.
• Set motion direction for campaigns, balancing template-based and conceptual work.
